multiple - choice question
how do i find the exact length if my line doesnt land on a perfect centimeter?
i should just give up. you cant tell for sure.
i should use the other side of the ruler because it may work out better.
i have to count the whole centimeters then add.1 for each of the small lines after the whole centimeter.
i dont know. then you need to go back and rewatch this section of video.

A standard ruler has markings for whole - centimeters and smaller sub - divisions (usually millimeters, where 10 millimeters = 1 centimeter). To measure a length that doesn't land on a whole - centimeter mark, you count the whole centimeters and then add 0.1 cm for each of the smaller lines (since each small line represents 1 millimeter or 0.1 cm).
