Question
my origin story
task: we have spent the first few weeks reading native american origin myths and journals from historical figures, like william bradford and olaudah equiano, who kept a record of events that were happening in their lives so that they could tell the world where they came from. the experiences they shared preserved their legacy (or, the way society remembers them). like it or not, where we come from, the people we interact with, and the experiences we have play a role in the decisions we make. you may not be constrained by your past, and you may not feel like it defines you, but even that is a choice - a choice you made to move forward. this project asks you to explore your origins. what people or events from your life make you who you are today?
final product: your final project will be a powerpoint or prezi presentation (we will go over how to access prezi and use the features on this platform in class). prezi and powerpoint are the only accepted submissions for this project. you cannot create a word document, a snapchat image, or other app on your phone as the final product. your prezi/powerpoint should have a slide for each of the requirements below. in the end, you should have at least 10 slides on your presentation (including a title slide).
